Ruby Duck are pleased to announce that the Alpha Academies Trust, a multi-academy trust based in Stoke on Trent, have contracted with us to provide them with a wide range of ICT management services.
Over the coming months these will include;
- Ongoing oversight of their ICT Managed Service contract
- A tender exercise for replacement photocopier, MFDs and print solution for the Trust academies
- Procurement of replacement ICT equipment across the academies
- The smooth ICT on-boarding for a number of new academies joining the group
- The continuing development of a clear vision and strategy for ICT at the Trust level, cascading down to individual academies
- Developing a long term financial model of investment requirements to ensure that each academy can deliver high quality ICT resources against a planned budgetary framework
